I launched my new mentorship in the beginning of the year, and we have had a great time with the first group in this mentorship. And I was astonished about to what degree the joint sessions with the artists felt meaningfull – and how well people got to know eachother even though it was online.

So I am proud to say that 3 out of 4 have choosen to stay for another round this fall – and to share what they have said about the mentorhip:

Susanne Danigs mentorship has been a great experience for me. I was going trough a transitional period because of the crisis around me in Greece and also because I had too many hats and working overload. The mentorship has helped me stay focussed and understand what my real passion are, to prioritize my needs. It helped me alot to get some space for myself, a timeframe where I could talk with complete sincerity about what was going on in my work and my life. It has been a period of deep selfreflection and I highly recommend that process, because I think that regardless the outcome it is a proces that is actually helping artist to reflect upon their work and get some distance from their creaticity – and I think that this kind of distance is crucial, so I am very thankful.

Working with Susanne Danig and the mentorship group is extremely beneficial to me. We live in a very hectic world nowadays. As a dedicated artist and the artistic director of a very busy and productive company, it is easy to loose context and direction. Working with Susanne taught me some very useful tools which I use in my activities as the director of ilDance, in my processes as an artist and even pass them on to my mentees in various projects where I mentor younger and more emerging artists. This is a great demonstration of the organic attribution of the ecology in which we, the artists, operate.
In the joint meetings we learn from each other’s experience, we share our artistic and methodic knowledge with each other and Susanne guides us through various exercises and tasks that help us all to stay focused on the things that really matter to us as independent artists. All of the artists in the group are independent artists in different ages and with different backgrounds. We each practice a different form of performing arts and the diversity in the group is really stimulating.
I find it extremely beneficial and supportive to have this ongoing relationship with such a
professional and experienced mentor who helps me to keep my feet on the ground and my eyes focused in the right direction.

I am opening up at the moment for new artists to join our group and starting again on August 25th. Based on experiences I have made a timescedule for all meetings and lowered the price (cheaper to be continuing). It will only be 1000 € to join for 5 months. Groups will be max 8 persons with a mix of nationalities and backgrounds.

The mentorship includes: 2×2 hours start-up session with the Passion Test and the Wealth Dynamics Test followed by 1 hour personal coaching session plus 2 hours group coaching per. month in 4 months facilitated on the Zoom platform, access to Danig resource page with tools to work with, access to closed facebook group for participants, monthly follow-up mails plus. Bonus: meeting with me when possible at international theatre meetings/festivals – and just hanging around having fun!
